It's here! In February 2022, my husband Alessandro and I launched Jacobini IGP Lazio Organic White Wine. 

Made from 100% Procanico (Trebbiano Toscano) grapes, it has notes of  tropical fruit and citrus and is bursting with minerality on the palate.  It is perfect for an aperitif and pairs well with cheese, pasta dishes and especially fish.
